They are not very friendly and you are NOT getting a deal here on a used part. They are asking for a test part as much as a new from the dealer.

I found this company to be very responsive to online communication and was very fast to ship my auto part out-of-state. They went over and above their competitors to tell me that they had my part and would ship it next day. Awesome customer service!

This guys are very expensive! I paid $500 for parts that would take 10 to 15 to remove in the min time I went to other place to search for a bumper. The other place had the same part for 175 so I call them to cancel and they charged me 25% because they had already removed that part. So I ended up losing over $100 just for that.
