After leaving voice mail and asking for a quote, nothing. Had to call Pelletier's to tow my vehicle. Hint to business owner, if you own a 24 hours tow company, answer the phone. And they finally reply 10 months later lmao.....
Kaitlyn arrived faster than AAA had quoted, and had my door unlocked very quickly. She was knowledgeable and courteous.
