I had an oil leak and exhaust issue on my vehicle. They were able to diagnose the issues one day and got it fixed the next. My vehicle sounds better than ever and I have not noticed further oil leaks. Price was fair and even came in a few dollars under the quote. I used their coupon that every Clinton resident gets and it saved me another $50 or so. Very pleased with my customer experience.

I needed some exhaust repair work done so about a month ago I had brought it in to see what it would be to get my exhaust repaired so I brought it into this shop and I decided to not take it any where else for the repair they had fixed my car today! It sounds so much better and I don’t have to deal with the fumes I have two small children! thanks for them giving me a fair price, but and they did not increase my price which I was nervous about! My car sounds like new again!!

One of the most unpleasant service experiences I’ve ever had. We made an appointment, just for them to tell us to leave our car and come back the next day. We received a call the next day telling us it’d be another day due to how long it took them to have a part. They gave us a price that same night, just for us to receive a call on the morning of the 3rd day saying that it’d be DOUBLE that estimated price. We went to pick it up, and it acted the same as when we originally dropped it off. Had to return AGAIN. Thankfully, they made it up to us by fixing the issue without expecting more money on top of the money we had already paid, otherwise this review would likely be lower. Poor communication, trying to get us to leave with minimal work on their end trying to get a work around. Will not b

They did good work at an “OK” price. By that I mean they weren’t the cheapest around but they weren’t most expensive either. They did the job I wanted done and gave me estimates on a few things they thought needed/should be done. The best part was that they gave me a ride home and picked me up when it was done so I didn’t have to site there for 5 hours.

As always, I get the most friendly service from a drive back home to a pick up when the job is done. I’m 72 yrs and I have been a customer for some years. I keep coming back because of the respect and dignity I have always received from Friendly Phils. Not one time have I been upset with my service. ❤️🙃
