Piasecki Towing Service

I had an outstanding experience with this service. My car stalled in the middle of the road, and I was advised to contact Piasecki. They responded quickly, arriving in less than 20 minutes. Rusty, the technician, was absolutely phenomenal—professional, friendly, and efficient. He even allowed me to ride with him during the process. The company’s service was quick, seamless, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel effortless.

I was stranded alone on the highway in the middle of the night. I was traveling from Michigan, to North Carolina. I hit a pothole in the dark and found myself with a sudden and unexpected flat tire. I didn't know where I was, and I didnt know how I was going to get home. I was on the phone for over an hour calling all the places that my GPS said were nearby, and none of them were willing to help. Or, they were asking ridiculous fees. This company, not only took my call, and had affordable rates, but the woman on the phone called me back, to check on me, and calm me, while I waited for the driver to come help. The driver arrived right on time, changed my tire, was very kind, and followed me a few miles to be sure I was back on the road safely. I will be forever grateful to this company,

My car broke down leaving my mother and I stranded in the cold. I care less about the cost of the tow as I just wanted to get my car out of the way and get my mom back to our warm home. Thank god for Rusty making his way to us after just dealing with another tow. He was very respectful, helpful, and knew what he was doing. Would call again if in the same predicament.

Had a dead battery. Tow company came pretty quickly considering how bad the snow was. I got towed from my garage. Ran into a little trouble getting the car on the bed of the tow truck, but the company, including manager Kim handled the situation better than expected.

No issue with the service. What i do take issue with is that they push for cash by making it very difficult to pay electronically by cc! Then, when I opted to go to the office and pay cash, they didnt offer change so I had to pay up $10!! Never will I ever use this company again. Neglected to tell me in the 4 calls I had prior, to bring exact change! How convenient.
