Piazza Honda of Philadelphia Service

Horrible service. Poor customer service. Wrong information!! I was scheduled for a maintenance service which never happened! Everyone you call at this location gives you a different story!! They need to fire and replace management and train the misleading staff !!

The service department staff is top flight, my car is always repaired correctly and they contact me through out the process. They are always giving my Labrador retriever treats too. Easy to make an early morning appointment and everyone is so pleasant. We have purchased six cars from this dealer and they truly care about their customers .

Alex was great to work with. He explained everything in detail and in a way I could understand. I appreciate that he didn't pressure me into getting services right away. Also loved that the inspector provided a video of exactly what the issue was, so it was very transparent what was going on.

Their service advisor, Dawn Whitt, is absolutely amazing. Whenever I bring my car in for service, whether it be maintenance or inspection, she is always so personable and very helpful. You can tell she’s had many years of experience and not only is she good at her job, you can tell she loves it. If you have a question, she has the answer and she will guide you through it all- She is patient, but somehow still insanely quick with her job. Dawn is def boss lady vibes and carries it so gracefully. You can tell she’s a loving mother and because of her, the service part of Honda is deserves 5 stars through and through.

I appreciated the time the technician took to explain what he was seeing and what he recommended. Dealership service always costs more than I'd like to pay, but in this case I think it was worth it. They completed the work in a timely fashion and kept me informed.
