Picazo's Alignment Shop

Visited this place based on a recommendation from a mechanic in Carrizo Springs and glad I made the drive to Eagle Pass for the work to be done here. The owner is friendly, courteous and very welcoming with great experience and knowledge of alignments. He and his son knocked out the work pretty quickly with great accuracy, precision, care and with good explanations of the process. I really appreciated the work and will definitely be back at 5000 miles! Truly a great experience!

I went to this place recently and they did a wonderful job on my vehicle. Everyone was friendly and even offered a cold drink. I will be recommending this place to anyone in the near future

Great customer service, very professional and very kind, we were offered cold drinks and we were helped above and beyond what he offers after we were unable to move our truck after a bad experience from another shop. Definitely recommend this place. Very family friendly too.

Great and fast service. Kinda hidden but hey, GPS is a great feature que no? :-) ...... Mr. Picazo offered a cold drink and to wait inside his office. I opted to stay in the shop area and he and turned on the water nozzle to cool down and bring down the air temp how's that for customer service? I was in and out within the hour. He also takes CC (I rarely uses cash) which is awesome. I highly recommend this hidden gem of a company which offers a personal touch.
