Highway robbery on prices. I'll give you a specific example. I had a cracked front headlight on my 2017 Dodge Grand caravan. They said they had one and I wanted to replace it quickly. So I went up and found the car but the headlight was so yellow. It actually looked like a turn signal. I thought maybe I could polish it out so I went ahead and took it off. The car took it to the counter. They quoted $30 plus tax Took it back to the house and put it on the car and my wife complained immediately that the light coming out of it was basically a candle. It was so pitted and yellowed. I tried polishing it but it was in pretty bad shape and the seal between the front plexiglass lens and the housing had failed over the years and it had let water in internally. My bad. I should have never bought

Staff here is very friendly and helpful. Parts are reasonably priced. I Love going here. For my Jetta parts.

Scheduled a pick up a week in advance, took off work waited the entire time frame never got an update never got told there was a delay just radio silence and never showed up man. Great missed out on work, could've used another service, very disappointing experience.

Mike, Jessica & Victoria assisted us today with 4 tires/rims. Organized with a map to get to where we need to get to, though I believe the tires that are removed should be inventory correctly so you know which cars they go to they provided the best customer service experience thank you guys! No# 1 choice for junk parts. Woody’s cannot compare.

Do not recommend. First they charge to get in, then you have to sit there and pick the part yourself just to get overcharged for it. Their prices are absolutely INSANE for wrecked vehicle parts, when in reality you could sit on your couch & order these same BRAND NEW PARTS off rock auto for cheaper!!!! I don’t even understand how they’re still up & running, or why people come at that point.
