Terrible service. We are here at 4:37 just with a question about rims we wanted to buy. A white tall over size girl very rudely yelled at us once we took the first steps in the store...we wanted to try to ask her a question about the rims and she interrupted us yelling again in our faces saying they were closed even though the schedule says CLOSE AT 5!

Came here this morning to get a caliper for a car we're working on. Found an exact match for the car!! Got the caliper, and a quote for body panels to replace the bondo covered bumper and fenders, in the color we're planning on painting the car. With the 40% off special, we were quoted $30 each for the fenders, and $45 for the cracked bumper. Went home to get the tools needed, since we originally just came for a caliper, and headed back to pull all the body panels. Spent 2 hours pulling all of them off, went to checkout, and were told $289. We understand that there are various fees and tax and all that jazz, but when we questioned how $105 turned into $289, we were told that the 40% off that we came back because of, didn't apply to the specific parts we got a quote for 3 hours prior. The vehicles were very well organized on the grounds as well as their locations clearly marked. The staff was friendly, efficient, and most of all very thorough. I will be getting used parts there exclusively from now on. I found the prices to be very reasonable, and there was a wide selection of vehicles for me to go to in order to keep my car running.

I always seem to find the parts I need for multiple vehicles. Be careful when you park. I was told that there's a tow company towing vehicles that was parked in handicap spots without r tags, across the street, and in fire lanes. After coming out the store, sure enough there he was. Sitting and waiting to tow. Thanks for the heads up. 400 dollar unexpected tow is never in the budget.

Complete scam!! Bad business. They over charge on every single part. The part prices on their website is unaccurate when you tryign to pay for the part at the front desk they charge for something else. They yard is a mess and nothing is where they say it is.
