This place is amazing! If you are looking for parts for your car or just tinkering around this is the Michales, & Joann’s for cars. You can also call ahead to verify that they have the vehicle make and model on the lot before driving over. They do have you sign a waiver before entering but that was quick. It is a $2 per person entrance fee but that is good for all day! Even if you have to leave and return. Make sure to bring your own tools even if you don’t plan to do any major pulling because you never know what you will find! I was amazed that they have a 30 day return policy, so if you buy the wrong part or it doesn’t work, just keep your receipt. They have lots of tires available!

Pick and pull is one of a kind for our area, you bringing around tools you bring your own know how! They have acres vehicles, parts, and accessories. Two dollar entry fee will get you unlimited access to your vehicles parts, and there are pre-pulled parts that are for sale with reasonable pricing. You will be required to sign a waiver and I don’t believe minor children are allowed in without an adult. I think this place is so cool! Whether you need car parts right now, or you’re just curious and interested as to what you will see I recommend you go and check it out, on days you’ll be accompanied by our Navy fighter jets, circling the area, ensuring our safety! Had an appointment for pick up this past Friday between 12 to 4 PM. They called me Thursday to confirm. I called them the day of to confirm. No-show, no call, no follow up. Thanks for nothing.

I go to the VA Beach store well at least I use too the entry has gone up to 3.00 just to see if ya'll have what I'm looking for and you say you're parts prices are competitive. That's false so where I live I can drive an hour to va Beach or an hour to Richmond and go to chesterfield auto parts they have 3 yards all in one area and if you pay for one you can get into all 3 yards for 1.00 part pricing let's say I want a head light you're store is 39.99 not included with tax C.A.P is 14.99 why are you so high

Had a pickup scheduled for between 12 and 4pm today. Have been sitting here waiting since noon, it is now almost 5pm. I have been calling the customer service and getting transferred to logistics several times since 3:30pm. They keep saying they are going to call the driver and contact me back immediately, however that is not the case. What they do is leave me on hold for over ten minutes at a time and then hang up, with no communication whatsoever. When I call back they have to start the process of b.s.ing me over from the beginning instead of doing the job they are paid to do. I have wasted an entire day and made no progress with this company who provides no service whatsoever and is deplorable and should not be in business by all standards.
