Customer Reviews
Its big and clean for a scrapyard. They do things a little differently. They track all parts in a few different ways:first by barcoding all exterior parts when they put it in the yard and second by having you declare exactly which vehicle your part came off of. I like this aspect...kind of. I think if youre going to go through the trouble of cataloging and tracking parts like this then the consumer should have the ability to see if a specific part is available before even showing up and they cant. My second dislike is no rewards based membership at all. The prices are also higher than its competitions. I get the feeling this company is profit driven only and could care less about its consumer, unlike u pull and pay 15 minutes south of them. I was here today solely because a car part i need
Paid $6 for myself and another person to pull a part which was showing as available online. I could not reach ANYONE by phone before driving 40 minutes to the yard. Going on faith that the site is current and regularly updated, I drove 30 miles to the yard. The agent at the desk looked my part up on their system and the same photo from my earlier site search popped up. I got a Row and Space number and headed out to the spot. Upon reaching the designated car, it was obvious that there was NO WAY that my part was still on the vehicle. In fact, the vehicle on the lot had been nearly totally stripped, which was very different from how it appeared in the photos on the site. As I was leaving, I could not help but notice how the agent that took my money was relating a story of how she refu
When you call it says push 3 for parts pricing then hangs up. The website doesnt give a option for 20 inch wheels on my for edge. I guess yall dont need the business if you cant talk to anybody
Its a good place to get the parts you cant get at the auto parts store. Friendly staff and reasonable prices on most stuff.
Clean scrapyard but tail lights are 35+ a piece for a 97 c1500 cheaper online for a new set its a bit expensive
