Pickford Auto has been fantastic to work with. They’ve done incredible work on all of our high-mileage vehicles, and we’ve always been impressed with both the quality of the repairs and the customer service. Pricing has been fair and reasonable, which goes a long way. What we appreciate most is having someone local and trustworthy who takes the time to talk through issues that can be hard to understand without making you feel overwhelmed or pressured. It’s a huge relief knowing we have a shop we can truly rely on. Highly recommended.

They filled up my tires with air and filled up my windshield wiper fluid for my oil change for free. Oil change was only 50 $. I will be back, this place is a hidden gem. 10/10 service.

We had our brakes done here and were AMAZED! not only did they have our car done when they said they would, but it was done for even cheaper than we thought!!! We always used Sault ford and finally got tired of paying endlessly and a month later having our car brake down again it was crazy! Thank you so much Pickford Auto for the great service, honesty, fast service and best of all fantastic price. You guys are AMAZING!! we will be recommending you to everyone we know. I'm very happy with the work and the price was comparitivly fair. Also. They were easily able to repair something another shop couldn't.

I would give them 6 stars if it was an option! Fred was very knowledgeable, helpful and cost conscience about the repairs. He explained the problems with the brakes of my Town & Country van. They squeezed me in even though one staff member was on vacation...and their schedule was fully booked. I was able to have my brakes repaired and made it back to Lansing as scheduled! Thank you to all of the staff at Pickford Auto Service! MUCH, MUCH, MUCH more helpful than Chrysler the dealer just up the road!!!
