Love my tunnel cover makes my truck look complete

The guys did a real clean job of installing a camper shell, rack, and slide out tray on my Ford Maverick. There was a mishap during the install and they totally took care of it. Anyone can make a mistake. It's how you react to making a mistake that determines if you're a good shop or a bad one. This is a good shop.

The Gentleman that helped me knows his job

The manager, Marty, is extremely rude and unprofessional. His memory is short and he does not listen to his customers when writing up their service requests. I ended up paying over $150 for a fuse replacement even though the shop had done the original work. He claimed there was no independent fuse for the trailer running light system and didn't even bother asking the shop foreman where the work had been performed. When confronted, he started yelling, denied all, walked into the office and had another employee finish the transaction. I will not trade with this business again as long as he is on the premises.

I brought my truck and trailer here for professional wiring work and was advised to install an aftermarket brake controller. The controller never worked and has always shown “disconnected,” while the factory Chevrolet controller continues to function normally. I returned and reported the issue, but it was not resolved and I never received a follow-up. The controller appears tied into the truck’s brake wiring and cannot be safely removed by me, which is why I went to a professional shop in the first place. Because this involves a towing brake system, I have concerns about safety and how an unresolved professional installation could be viewed from an insurance standpoint. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business for brake controller or electrical work.
