Question...hypothetically let's say the owner of a newly built mansion is harrasing his residents family. Let's hypothetically say he calls a person outside of the person in charge of one of his residents, for more money. Let's hypothetically say he is acutely charging Medicare and this patients family for every penny they have...there are some expletives I want to say, but I will hold my tongue. Hypothetically, we both did not anticipate this resident living beyond their life expantancy. What kind of a person, an aledged "Dr." Calls a patients family member who is also living in an assisted living facility and harasses them for money??, This "DR." Has no respect of HIPPA laws. Please don't pay for his English Garden...stop this man who feels above California Law. According to public

The owner of this facility Dr. Efren Rillo is so condescending, He loves to yell at people and Mr. Know it all. I don’t know what kind of Doctor you’d be comfortable of trusting with this kind of low personality practice that he thinks. Do not put your love ones in this facility!

My mom would have died if I hadn’t gotten her out of there. I ultimately called an ambulance and got her to a hospital. The doctor at Pico was trying to discourage me from doing that. Every time I stopped in to see my mom, he would make up some reason to talk to me about something so I wouldn’t go to her room. I would ask why my mom was getting worse and he would never give me a straight answer. I would ask one of the nurses why my moms breathing was so labored and she would say that it’s close to the end. At Loma Linda, the ER doc said my mom was hours from dying. She was badly dehydrated, had stopped talking and eating and had a UTI, and her heart rate was very low. After a couple of days at LL, she was talking and eating. They might do well for some of their patients, but not all. Thi

I have had my mom at at least 7 facilities. This one I am finally happy with. The staff is very caring. There is no perfect assisted living place in my opinion but I am very happy knowing my mom is safe and taken care of.

CARING STAFF. MANY OF MY CLIENTS PLACE LOVED ONES AT THIS SITE. WHAT THEY SAY MOST ABOUT THIS FACILITY IS MANAGEMENT HAS CARING HEART. WHICH MAKES A DIFFERENCE WHEN PLACING A LOVED ONE. SURROUNDINGS ARE NICE. FREEWAY ACCESS ALLOWS FAMILY TO TRAVEL WITH EASY EXITS. FACILITY IS DOCTOR OWNED AND OPERATED.
