Piedmont Honda Service Department

I wanted to inform Honda that it is not okay to target customers that take their car in for service. I was contacted by text that my vehicle was in demand and they wanted to know if they could offer me a quote. I am not pleased that when I get my car serviced I become a target for Honda’s profit. I own my vehicle and have no intention of getting into debt because you have a prospective buyer. Please don’t do this ever again and insert a red flag when I take my car in. I am not to be contacted by anyone from sales. The other concern is the tire pressure was not set to 35 as recommended. Each tire pressure was different they were 39, 38, 40 and 38. So make sure if I’m paying for a service that it is set correct. B1 service is what I went in for.

If I could give zero stars I would. About two weeks ago, I brought my car in for an inspection as I knew my wheel hub bearing was going out and speculated my serpentine belt and motor mounts were going out. Took them over 24 hours to actually look at it even though I scheduled my appointment a week in advance. They told me everything looked fine except the valve cover gasket was leaking. I asked the tech why my wheel hub was shaking back and forth and he said “I dunno”(which is the whole reason I brought it in mind you, wheel hub is still shaking and has been for months). Yesterday evening, I noticed this, which is a picture of one of my rear wheel studs snapped off. The only way they can snap at 80k miles is that or too much or too little torque. I am very impressed. I moved here from out of state. My Accord was extremely noisy when I purchased it from another dealership. The original dealer had it in the shop 7 times for a total of over 8 weeks and couldn't fix it. One trip to Piedmont Honda and the problem has been solved. My next car will be purchased from Piedmont.

Great experience! I was in and out in about an hour and a half. This was for a routine oil change, tire rotation and a vehicle recall. Ross met me as soon as I arrived and kept me updated throughout my time there the progress and expected time the car would be finished. Very professional experience!

Everyone is extremely kind and helpful. They’ve always gotten my car fixed quickly and did a good job of communicating. They explained the problems and kept me informed about how they planned to solve them. Stephen Beherns is very helpful and willing to teach you about your car, and both guys I have had for the shuttle service have been friendly and efficient.
