Awesome service. Got my truck stuck in my own yard and tow truck driver came out at 7:30pm and got it unstuck. Very friendly and very knowledgeable driver. 5/5 to the driver for coming out past closing and helping me get unstuck. If you have to have towing OR/AND recovery, piedmont towing is the way to go!!!
Excellent service! Cody arrived within an hour of my call, got my car jumped and going. Dispatcher on phone and Cody were both super friendly and helpful. Would recommend 100%!
These guys did an awesome job with my project. Very knowledgeable and prepared for a difficult tow. They helped me get an non-running backhoe (about 15k lbs) on a trailer and made it look easy. Highly recommend!
Needed a tow on a Saturday, expecting an all day event to get a truck on site and much to my surprise, the Driver showed up within an hour! Super friendly and professional and without issue loaded my vehicle and professionally used 4 tire straps to secure it on the tow bed. Verified payment and the tow to address and off he went. Great experience considering the circumstance of needing a tow! Price was very reasonable aswell! Thanks again 👍
