Pierce Automotive Service goes over and beyond to help his customers. Each problem I have carried to him, he has gone the extra mile to try and fix. Has he solved all my issues no yet but he will. Pierce Automotive shop performed diagnostics and engine service/repairs on a 1994 F350 that barely ran. I was a bit skeptical but they made a Ford roadworthy that otherwise would have been at an auto recycler at a decent price. 5 star service and in the timeframe promised.

I paid over 700$ to get my a/c fixed and he never fixed a thing. He stole my money and said” I stand behind my work” DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN OR HIS SON! They will rob you!!!!

Shop did exactly as promised! I am a heavy truck and equipment mechanic so I can understand being backed up with work as is everyone but had my alignment completed as stated, quote was spot on and truck drives very well...will definitely be returning for future alignments! Very easy to work with!
