2nd time buying a used vehicle from Pierre Ford. First was a 2012 Mazda CX-9 that we drove for 6 years. Second was a 2019 Roush F-150. They had an excellent deal for a beautiful blue, low mileage BMW. I had never bought a car before so I was a little on edge. Rowan (Ro) accompanied me for the test drive and all of the paperwork. He was very human and personable through the whole process; giving me thoughtful, grounded answers to all of my questions and concerns. Great customer service, very accommodating. My salesman Derrick was very understanding about my situation (came in after working the night shift) and got me in and out with my new truck with time to spare.
