Great experience! They always knew who I was and greeted me by name! Professional and courteous! The vehicle came back better than it was before! Even fixed a couple of extra items! I Highly recommend Pierre’s and really appreciate how simple it was to take care of. They dealt with the insurance company behind the scenes and couldn’t ask for more!

Absolutely the best service from all their staff. I had planned on getting a ride from my son and he ended up sick. The gal at the front desk jumped into action and got me a loaner for a couple of days. I appreciated that as I had to deliver meals on wheels the next day. As far as fixing the vehicle, Pierre’s always does quality work and it looks like it just came from the factory in mint condition.

Pierre’s made dealing with accident damage really easy. They worked directly with my insurance provider and were honest when I asked for an opinion on keeping a totaled vehicle. They even allowed me to use the loaner vehicle even though they weren’t doing the repair. Highly recommend Pierre’s.
