I was referred to Pikesville Automotive by a neighbor. I am so glad I checked with them on my car issue. Harvey and Marlene are very honest and priced very fairly. Most importantly, they double and triple check all diagnostics and parts orders. I will be recommending them to everyone from now on.

Pleasant experience. Harvey and Marlene were accommodating and knowledgeable. Upon diagnostic results Harvey presented a couple of corrective options, which was greatly appreciated. They handled my emergency situation effectively and efficiently.

I am visiting my sister in Baltimore. She is a Pikesville Automotive customer. I recently purchased a pre-owned automobile. The interior safety lights went off. Harvey immediately agreed to check my car. He spent half-an-hour testing. He showed me how each light control button works. All set now.

I was having problems with what I thought was my clutch and took my car to Pikesville Auto. Maureen was very helpful in walking me through their process at the shop and helped me figure out a good time to come in. Harvey called me not too long after I dropped it off and explained the issue and answered all my questions. Just a few hours after I dropped it off I was back in my car and changing gears more smoothly than I had in quite some time. I was so thoroughly impressed and reassured by the frequency and quality of communication that I think I've found a new mechanic. 28 stars out of 5. 39 thumbs up.
