I was welcomed by everyone when I walked in. My salesperson greeted me & took excellent care of me. I appreciated making appts with her, and she even reminded me of the appt. She got cars for me to drive quickly, didn’t do much waiting for anything. She knew exactly what I would be happy with—A Bronco!! The sale and trade in was done pretty fast. Have no complaints at all. The sales manager was also very nice and did a great job.

Pilson Ford was my second dealership of the day and I'm grateful I didn't settle at the first. I went in knowing the model I wanted, and what was important for me in a vehicle versus what I could live without, and everyone at the dealership did their best to give me the best they could within those guidelines. The salesman was upfront, honest, and did not waste any time trying to upsell me to a more expensive vehicle which I greatly appreciated. He explained what they had within my wants and needs on the lot, what was available at sister lots, and even how dealer trades worked. Time was critical (I needed a vehicle that week) and he took that seriously, giving me realistic options. If you're shopping for a new car Pilson is a great place to shop. We liked the size of their inventory and we found their pricing to be competitive with the other dealers we shopped at. They made a point of finding out what we liked and tried their best to find us the right fit.
