Had a recent pricing issue there. Owner called me on Monday am and was clearly intent on resolving it. I have agreed to to accept his offer. The pricing was apparently a mix up between he and his staff. The actual service was good.

My Husband saw the gentleman outside holding a sign for a $16.99 oil change special with a free filter replacement included in the special price so we decided to take advantage of the deal. Geoffrey Was kind and explained everything to us from start to finish. He was a wealth of knowledge for a couple unexpected but expected (for our old 03’ Saturn wagons) car maintenance repairs that needed to be done. And their employee Vinny was a pleasure so hospitable, we all had a good conversation while we were waiting. We will definitely be returning customers both myself and my husband in the future! I had taken my car to other places after a hit and run driver made my driver door unable to open from the outside and also the window inoperable. The all told me I needed a whole new door which is very expensive. Well...they were able to fix my existing door and cheaply. Vinnie was very helpful and the shuttle service is great. I finally found a place in Tucson to get work done if needed!

Bob is the owner of the local automotive repair shop on Pima and Swan in Tucson- I learned this the first time I walked in and was greeted by and assisted by him personally. I… well actually my vehicle tires and I were exhausted and in very poor condition! Definitely needing to be replaced before I could drive another mile down the road 🛑 Bob along with his accommodating crew took their time to explain to me what was going on and answer all of my questions with a smile. Better yet- the prices have yet to be beat for less quality work! I have already recommended them to several friends and I will continue to spread the word. This local shop is worth the stop!

Fast & reasonably priced. Needed an oil change and they handled it in 45 minutes. James (?) and Vin were super friendly, welcomed me and my dog into the cool, quiet office to wait during my service. Very nice people, and an extra star for being so dog friendly!
