Dishonest. They tried to say I needed a new filter and I had just had one installed days earlier at another shop. Also they "recommended" a battery that had just tested fine a week ago. This was all as part of an upsell to the repair I came in for. Now they lost the whole thing as well as any future car purchases at the dealership (I have purchased 2 there)

Worst customer service ever!!!! I got the car from them 2 months ago on May 24th and it’s been 2 months, today is July 25 and they still haven’t give me my plates. I keep calling them letting them know my tem tag is expired but they refusing my calls, not replying back with accurate answer. When I ask them what if I get pull over by the cops them, and they replied: ohh that’s ok just tell the cops that I just purchased the car from them. I mean seriously. That what you tell your customers. On the same day I purchased another car from cross the street from them from Honda, and I was amazed with their customer service. Very disappointed. I even reach the manager and told him all the scenario but it didn’t help either. He just gave me another story on top of that. I’m keeping asking them

Went for new battery. I reciewed free install. 84 month warranty. Reasonable wait time.
