We have known Mike for 40 years. He is knowledgeable, nice and generous. We’ve sent numerous friends to his business and they all think he’s the best! We agree!

My ex had a broken belt and brought it to Mike’s. 2009 Murano. A mechanic looked at it and determined the alternator was bad too. After fixing both at over $1200, the car now drives with no AC (working before) and a severely bad power steering pump leak (not leaking before). Mike determined that it was the belt and alternator that made these bad. And now wants an extra $2000 to repair both. How come those problems weren’t noticed when the car was dropped off? How come they weren’t noticed when the car was “fixed” We are so thankful he gave us a “free” diagnosis to charge us again. Why doesn’t the mechanic drive the car after to make sure everything is ok?
