I went to get the original Ford part they ended up giving me the Motorcraft aftermarket poured supplier part. I could’ve got that part myself for half the price at O’Reillys or any of the other auto parts stores. I was trying to get the original sensor basically they cheated me. I would never go back there again. They were rude. They were cold. They were unfriendly, and he didn’t like me questioning the part.

The most terrible attitude of people I've ever met I ordered a spare part, I didn't want to cancel it after 10 minutes, The manager didn't want to meet me in any way and charged me 20% of the cost Before that, I came to this center to shoot a recal Refused Went to AutoNation  Ford Miami - All issues were resolved, returned without any problems I will never come here again

Just called to order a bed extender for my new Raptor. Was told I would have to come into the store for them to order the part. Why can’t I just pay over the phone and pick up when it arrives? I will just order online from another source. Guy on the phone didn’t sound very excited to do his job either. Lord help us all.

The worst experience of my life in this place. After almost 3 months of having my car in this place, I took it out from there and I could see that they even made a correct diagnosis. I found in a corner under a tree, abandoned .the paint was ruined by the leaves of the tree and nobody cared about it. They never helped me and made me wait 3 months in this situation. The worst places I ever have Ford Pines Services parts.
