Absolutely terrible experience. This shop has had my car for over a month and completely fails at basic communication. They do not answer calls, they ignore texts, and they provide zero updates unless you constantly chase them down — and even then, good luck getting a response. I regret bringing my car here and would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting them with their vehicle.

These guys got my bumper painted and paint corrected quickly at a great value. I compared 6 local shops and these guys not only beat their price, but had the car ready a day early and always kept me up to date with pictures/text. Will definitely recommend to anyone.

This place is amazing! I was in a car accident, and orginally I was going to get my truck fix in another repair shop. A very good friend of mine recommended me here because the other place couldn't take my truck in till later in the month. I called Pinkys and spoke to Jorge, he was able to take my truck that same day. Not only did he do that he pick up my truck and got me a rental the same day. I had the best experience and my truck looks like new. The best customer service I've ever had.

Thanks yall! *update* I drove this car for nearly a year with no chips. 2 months later after getting it back I've got TONS of chips and only on the panels they painted.... Not impressed. Looks like the paint is about 2 coats thick. * update again my clear coat on the hood is peeling Yet the ford painted bumper is fine, chip free and not peeling

Went and got my bumper and frame fixed up and they did an amazing job, gave me a great price as well. Very nice and professional. My only complaint is I wish there was a little more communication on their end, didnt hear any updates for over a few days. But all in all very happy with the work they did. They even fixed a couple extra things and I really appreciate that.
