Pinnacle Automotive was very professional I bought my car in for an inspection that I recently purchased. They said that my car is in pristine condition and that in the future I may need brake pads. I am grateful that they able to do my inspection the same day, and Matthew said my inspection might take up into an hour, but I was only there for like 40mins. Also gave me a key tag for oil changes, and my 5th one will be free! I think I might have found a mechanic I go to now. I highly recommend them.

I really wanted to like these guys and make them my go-to mechanics after reading all their great reviews and losing my former mechanics to a lost building lease. The thing I need most from a mechanic are integrity, honesty and ability. I took my 2015 Toyota in for a brake check when I heard a scratching sound from 1 wheel (rear) at slow speeds. Pinnacle took 90 minutes (I had to approach them) to recommend 4 new rotors and brake pads all around. They said the pad (they showed me one) had a "film" on it (not sure if that's normal or not), but the pad looked to have a good amount of life left in it. They told me 6-7mm was left. From my first phone call to Pinnacle, they l et me know they would do their absolute best to help. They got me in immediately and did a through inspection. They brought up inspection pictures on the computer screen to let me " see" the problems. They informed me of prices before the work proceeded. They did a wonderful turn around time.
