Gave us the wrong part for our vehicle. We Had no idea until he was already under vehicle taking it apart. Refused to refund part because box got a little dirty while being under vehicle. Box is fully intact. Part was un touched. We got new part for 20$ cheaper elsewhere.
Employees were friendly, but did not come out to help unhitch the trailer. Allowing two senior citizens, one with disabilities to lift the trailer.
They had what I needed and at a reasonable price with friendly service
Jerry and the crew are amazing. Friendly, helpful and go out of their way to get you the right part even when you don't have the part numbers or vehicle information you need. Great hometown store. Keep supporting the local guys!
Thank you to the young man working today! He helped get 2 lugnuts off that were stripped and even got me a tire. Had us up and running in no time!!
