I can’t say enough good things about Pioneer Automotive! Every time I go in they are incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly. They take the time to explain what’s going on with my car in a way that actually makes sense and I never feel talked down to or rushed. What I appreciate most is how transparent they are. They clearly go over pricing, options and what’s urgent versus what can wait. I always feel like I’m being treated honestly and fairly, which is hard to find these days. Had an emergency with my on a business trip to Texas from Oklahoma. A transmission line failed. I was referred to Pioneer Automotive by my mechanic in Oklahoma. I arrived at their store 2 hours before close. The manager on duty was awesome, I showed them where I believe the leak was coming from. They took the time to not only listen to me but also took the time at the end of the day to take care of me. They were able to reconnect the transmission line and service my vehicle all within a very short window and they got me on my way back to Oklahoma. I give kudos to the shop and to the tech and to the manager on duty. If I lived in the Metroplex I would use these guys. Very professional!

Steven V. is great to work with! Very clear communication with total transparency. Brought in a 9 y/o vehicle with close to 100k miles and explained to him what I felt needed to be fixed on the vehicle first based on my timeline and budget. After confirmation from the mechanics, we put together a plan within my budget and they got it done within a few days. The car drives great. Thanks again!
