I’m almost hesitant to leave such a glowing review because this truly feels like one of the valley’s best-kept secrets. At last, a dependable and affordable mechanic who consistently delivers timely, high-quality work on both European and American vehicles. Tim and his team are exceptional — professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly reliable. It’s rare to find an auto shop that combines expertise, integrity, and fair pricing so seamlessly. In the valley, it’s proven next to impossible. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I'd give these guys 10 stars if I could. Visiting from Salt Lake, major vehicle malfunction at Sun Valley where Tim and his crew arranged to have our vehicle moved, then relocated to Boise for repairs and helped with all of the commotion surrounding such an activity. While we're not happy about what occurred with the vehicle, we consider ourselves very fortunate that we were able to get Pioneer automotive on our side. They're friendly, fair, and find proactive solutions.

A chance encounter on a flight from SLC to Sun Valley resulted in me meeting Tim and learning about his business. My Tesla Y was in need of two front tires before my return trip to Canada. The next day Tim was able to arrange delivering the two tires to me in Hailey, and replacing them through his sophisticated mobile van service with his assistant. A great service for which I am most appreciative. This is an amazing business!

I was warmly welcomed and cared for with my daughter‘s car, and without even a hint of complaint that I was there last minute and needing assistance, shortly before 5pm. Not only that, but the owner was willing to text me options and support with the issue we were having. I am grateful to know that we have a reasonable and personable automotive care team in our valley. I was impressed that on short notice, the whole team came out with tools to immediately evaluate and care for the situation we were dealing with. Not even 20 minutes later, we drove away with Hope for the vehicle we were considering just driving off a cliff… Lol! we will be back!
