Absolute wonderful experience. Went in for binders and told them what I needed. CSR came back with 2 different binders and 1 worked perfectly. I was able to get what I needed and get back rolling to pick up our next load 5 miles away.

Very slow service, time is money and I lost a lot waiting there for almost 35 minutes not to mention how high the prices are and no prices on any items. I felt robbed leaving there but seeing that I had invested all that time there I took it in the chin. I could have gotten things for half the price elsewhere but would've had even more down time

Tried multiple stores by my shop up near Gillette for a part with no luck, then I remembered Pioneer which is near my house in RI. Not only did they have multiple in stock, the guys working there were very friendly, and their price was cheaper than most online retailers. Pioneer will now be my first choice for parts whenever possible.

Way over price , I bought strap very very expensive. I realized never buy anything here. After I order other item online. Very very reasonable.
