Pioneer RV Inspections

We hired Pioneer to perform a 3rd party inspection on a new RV we were purchasing. Rick did a great job. He identified several issues that needed to be addressed, and we received a comprehensive report (approximately 70 pages) with detailed information, photographs, and action items. The turnaround time was very quick, which enabled us to complete the purchase of our RV in a timely manner. Rick was also very kind and personable. Rick was awesome! First, he was on time. Tardiness is my pet peeve. He made sure we understood everything he was explaining and would repeat if needed. He answered every question we had and went over items we may have missed in our questions. We are brand new RVers so we had many questions. He also has very reasonable rates.
