I recently had my SUV repaired at Pirro’s Auto, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. They provided a clear estimate, kept me updated on the progress, and delivered the SUV on time. Great customer service!

I smashed up the front end of my Ford Escape pretty well and reached out to several shops. Pirro's Auto got back to me within minutes and was very responsive and communicated very well during the whole repair process. They worked well with my insurance and even did extra time on my car to get it back to me as fast as they could, they knew I was walking to work and didn't want me walking in the CT winter. 10/10 recommend! If I need anything again in the future. I will 100% be coming back to Pirro's Auto.

Pirro's Auto completed body work on my car after an accident. They were extremely knowledgeable, kept me updated on progress, and handled communication with the insurance company so I did not have to. Very happy with the repairs on my car - it looks brand new. Highly recommend!
