Pischke Motors of West Salem

Another good experience at Pischke West Salem. This is my fourth vehicle purchase and I was not disappointed. Excellent sales/finance team. My service experience is limited as I have not had major vehicle issues, but they have always completed work and solved minor issues.

Walked in too look at a New Jeep, Mike Rutz approached me and was a great guy to talk to and easy going. I felt he answered my question honestly and his opinion. Decided to purchase my first vehicle and was a very easy process. Afterwards I couldn't figure out how to get a option to work in the Jeep, Mike sent a helpful video and instantly solved. Thank You. Update, owned the Jeep for 4 days, Noticed all tired could use air. Meanwhile I noticed the one tire has a Gash on the side wall. They will not cover for the new tire and pretty much blamed me. Spend 42,000 on a new vehicle and the damn company can't cover a tire. Had several others look for the gash but couldn't find unless I pointed it out. Will loose all service from me .

This dealership sucks. I've had nothing but problems with there staff. Bought a 2024 ram 2500 spent a good deal of money and there where broken items on the Truck that they said they do not have to repair. 1st mistake. Second I am getting calls from xm trying to get me to buy something. I did not give they my information to give to any body else. So this is crap. I got my loan from the bank and my warranty from the bank not the dealership. So why the hell are they given my information out? Also had to go to the dealer in Lacrosse for service. DO NOT BUY OR TAKE UR VEC TO THIS DEALERSHIP. They dont care! And if the dealership owners wants to call me they can.

Brought truck in for an engine light under warranty. Turned out to be a sensor. Unfortunately that sensor did not want to come out. I'm glad it was still under warranty, because if I had attempted to change it, I would have failed. The mechanic struggled with it, and it became a bigger job than anticipated, but he got it changed. In the meantime, they gave me a nice loaner Jeep Gand Cherokee to drive until he got it done. Everything was completed professionally. 5 stars.

Took my truck in for an oil change and minor recall. I was very impressed they didn't try to up sell me on cabin and engine air filters like most of the area dealerships do. (Even when you know you don't need them) I believe them to be one of the more honest dealerships in the area.
