I towed my truck 120 miles to this shop because we had done a small job with them before and expected professional service. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. They repaired the water pump, but then charged me for tightening the differentials, which was unnecessary. They also charged $100 just to bring the parts, $500 for parts, and $930 labeled as “business” charges, with no clear explanation. On top of that, they charged $200 just to tighten a single hose. All payments were charged to my credit card. I have over 10 years of experience in this industry and manage more than 15 trucks. I have never dealt with a worse repair shop than this one. I won't have enough words of the good experience I had with this Pit Row Pit Stop Auto Shop, my semi had a busted radiator and was towed to this location Friday late afternoon, the mechanics assessed the situation and was given an estimate right away, this is a small business with a very honest and knowledgeable team of mechanics, the owner knowing that I have to spend the weekend even let me use one of his cars while I was there!!, that tells you what kind of people you're dealing with, if you're ever in need of auto or truck repairs in the area I highly recommend this business if you want honest, friendly and professional service.

Excellent team, quick service. Got me in straight away as a walk-in. I needed an oil change and both differentials drained and refilled. They also replaced fuel and oil filters. Pricing was reasonable but the more noticeable feature for me was their friendliness and professionalism. I came back a week later for a tire balance and wheel alignment. All staff were again, very accommodating. Price was again very reasonable. I recommend this establishment for anyone who has required automotive services.

I would highly recommend them to anyone needing anything done they done amazing changing my tires this morning as I was just a walk in and they don't make you feel uncomfortable they cut up and make you feel welcome as soon as you pull up thank yall for a amazing job

Had an emergency stop at Pit Row Store in Lincoln, AL when my car’s transmission fluid leaked. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, going out of their way to assist me. They helped me find a tow truck, and one of them even offered to tow my car himself! Truly great people—friendly, caring, and willing to help. Highly recommend this place! 🙌🚗
