Honest and kind! The owner informed me that he wasn't going to be able to get the parts needed for my repair as soon as I needed them, but sent me the links and information that I needed to order them instead. Furthermore, he allowed me to have them shipped to his business because I didn't feel safe having them sit outside my apartment door all day and evening. I work 12 hour shifts and am gone 14 hours a day... Needless to say, this was a huge relief when he said, "sure and no problem." Btw, great pricing as well!

As good a basic auto repair shop as exists anywhere. I've had multiple repairs done and every one has been done quickly and economically. I trust these guys and trust doesn't come easily for me. A brief list of work done includes brakes, rotors, alternator, various hoses and gaskets. Pickens has needed a place like this for many years.

Can't say enough good things about Jeremy and the pitstop crew! They stand behind their work 100% without overcharging. These guys are the best and the only place I take my vehicles!

What can I say that will make a difference? The answer is nothing because my opinion is just that it won’t change anything one way or another. My problem was fixed but ripping people is not good and that’s all I have to say. You just don’t take a person car and do things to it without calling them first. You ask or recommend and then give them a choice, but, of course, I am who I am. I was going to let them do a front end alignment but I changed my mind, I hate a cheat or a person who takes another person money just because they can. People work hard for their money. People are smart now-a-days meaning paying attention to their surrounding. Be careful how you treat people because everyone need to be treated fairly.

Thank you Pit Stop staff ❤️ I got a nail in my tire this morning bringing my kids to school (in the pouring rain) and was able to get to the Pit Stop right before my tire pressure bottomed out. The staff was so helpful and accommodating and explained everything they found. I was able to get back on the road in no time. They were a true blessing to me today! Highly recommend these kind folks they are the real deal!
