Incompetent and dishonest. Doesn’t stand behind their work. Unprofessional. I bought a go-kart from Pit Stop Cycle Shop for my kids for Christmas and it was very poorly put together, clearly a rush job before Christmas. The top lights fell off the moment I got it home. The seatbelt was routed under the brake line improperly. The fender was only held on by one bolt (guess putting two on was too complicated). The bearings in the bearing hub exploded only days after having it. They ordered a new bearing hub under warranty for me to install. Upon inspection and removal of the bearing hub, I noticed the press-in bolts on the axle holding the bearing hub were stripped and cross threaded. So, they gave me new bolts but, they weren’t even the right bolts, so I had to go back again. Months later,

I had a great experience having Pit stop cycle shop work on my GSX-R600. Jeremy, Eric and Bill took care of my bike as if it were their own. They were able to fix up my issues and get the bike back on the road. I'll be back for sure.

Great guys, my son got a new FRP mini bike for Christmas and had a “buddy” mess with the motor and ended up blowing it to pieces. Brought it to these guy and we had a new motor installed and him back on the road in no time! Jerry, thank you for getting everything done in a timely manner! My kiddo thanks you too! Will definitely be back for anything in the future!
