Drove up here hoping to get a new tire, never gone here before since I’m from out of town. Got out of my car and stood there waiting for someone to help me. The people working kept walking past me and didn’t acknowledge me whatsoever or even greet me. These people had one other vehicle and could’ve easily greeted me and asked me what I needed but nope. Got back in my car and came to ⭐️ Quality Tires Best Price ⭐️ instead. The guy working over here immediately approached me and helped me out DESPITE having another vehicle he was working on at the time. Now that’s great customer service and how a business should operate, and for that reason I highly recommend them instead. Take notes and do better Pit Stop.

Great gentleman fixed our tire in a jiffy. We were just passing through town and got the Pit Stop from yelp. It was a great experience!

Took our 2011 Chevy equinox to have new tires mounted and balanced on Monday. When I left the shop I noticed a pretty good vibration. I then took it back Wednesday because the vibration was still there. They checked the front tires and added weight to one tire. Vibration was still there and he charged me $10 to rebalance two tires. Took it back that evening and he rebalanced the same 2. Didn't check the back tires. He left the old weights on the rims plus added more weight, throwing off the balance even more. I paid him $48 to mount and balance new tires. Finally took it to Goggans, which said the old weights should've been removed when new tires were mounted. The lady at the front is very rude and will lie straight to your face and waste your time. Every single time I come here she can’t be bothered her tv more important.
