Pre-purchase inspection. Oscar said the car I might buy was great and only needed new rotors and brake pads. After I bought the car I got it re-inspected at a more reputable mechanic shop in my home town who said the rotors and brake pads were fine but there were other serious issues like a hard pull to one side when driving, damaged and leaking oil pan that needs replacing, and a very noticeable leak from a CV axle that was literally slinging grease on other parts. How did he miss the damaged oil pan, the grease spattered on other parts, and such a serious alignment issue, and still KNOW that a commonly replaced item needed to be replaced? … Maybe because he barely inspected my car at all, said what he thought I expected to hear, judged the car by how it might look to a layman, and charge

I towed my car to Oscar, who helped me to replace the transmission, changed the CV axle, replace the steering knuckles, and a oil change on my vehicle and have it ready in 2 days. It's been 2 days, and the car drives smoothly. I used Oscar last year after my another vehicle went through 2 different mechanics. He replaced the lower control arm and CV axle and the car was running better afterwards. He is a reliable mechanic.

Got my engine "rebuilt" here, after a month or so it wouldn't turn on. I checked my fluids and battery everything seemed to be fine. There was no prior indication of any issues with the engine. I took it back because it was under "warranty". They claimed I had over heated the engine and that there was no coolant in the radiator or engine, so it wouldn't be covered under the warranty. This place is a scam and will rob you.
