PitStop Car Wash

Elite car washing experience. I got the $23.99 wash and it did my car so good. It leaves a wax like finish that lasts. I became a member as well. I received a welcome bag with many air fresheners and interior arm n hammer cleaning pads. The vacuums, cleaning towels, window cleaner, windshield washer fluid and tire air are all absolutely top notch as well despite being free. The car wash attendants are well informed and so friendly. My go to car wash now, best experience I’ve ever had at a car wash honestly.

I visit Pitstop at least 4 days a week and am always pleased with the customer service and how clean my vehicle is. They offer free towels use, interior cleaner, and carpet/rug cleaner, and the monthly membership is an excellent value—about the price of two car washes. Attendants are always on duty to keep cars moving quickly, and I’ve never had trouble finding a spot to vacuum and dry my vehicle. Before getting a membership, I tried other car washes in the area and wasn’t that impressed. I consistently get compliments on how shiny and clean my car looks, even after it rains. I’ve also had no damage to my vehicle and that is a huge plus.

**Update: One of the attendants drew a smiley face on my window as I was going through and it made my day so there are definitely some added bonus points. More than half of the times I go to this location they have the car wash closed, and a few times when I’ve gone in the morning when they are supposed to be open they are still closed. I have noticed damage on the car over time from going through their drive thru car wash, however, that comes with the price of convenience. Their vacuums don’t have very strong suction but do okay. The employees are very nice and one of them asked me to leave a review. I would not recommend this car wash over some of the others that we have in Slidell - even the Old Spanish Trail location of this chain has been consistently better.

Best car wash there is. Clean , kind , and courteous!! Free vacuum and I love the monthly options.

Very disappointed with this company. The only thing good about them is the 3 out of 20 vacuums that actually work and the window cleaner you can fill your vehicle with. They progressively used less and less soap and now, I do not think they use soap at all. You have to pre-wash at the bug station or you will have bugs all over your vehicle. New owners are horrible with customer service. PLEASE SELL BACK TO ORIGINAL OWNERS OR TO SOMEONE THAT GIVES A RIP ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!
