The detail was horrible, they chipped my pain on my car, telling me, that rocks chipped my paint. They didn’t get all the dead bugs, off my car, there was streaks, left on my car. I was totally unhappy with the For what they did Work. Very unhappy and disappointed. There are scratches as well. None of that was there, when I brought my car in. I talked to the manager, they refused to help me, find the situation, try to buff it out for me, I didn’t even get a receipt. I’ll had to go back and get a receipt. When they wrote out, the receipt, they made sure to mark, no warranty on it. No resolution, did not try to accommodate me at all. Now, I need to find someone to buff out the scratches and paint my hood. Terrible service and terrible customer service, no accountability! Theresa B

I was driving home from a funeral when my tire pressure light alarm went off on my car. Thankfully, I was only a half a mile away from pitstop tires and wheels!! It was a rainy day and yet both employees came out to my aid, checked my tires and solve the problem within minutes. I was extremely grateful for the kind service provided to me. This was very rare and I consider this exceptional service. Please support this store.

I stopped for a couple tire repairs at Pitstop and met the crew there and learned it’s a nice family run shop. I was impressed with their customer service and industriousness. I found them to be nice people whose business I wanted to support. When time came for me to cycle out my five trailer tires I got a quote that was very reasonable. I let them know I didn’t have a lot of time and they swapped out all five tires in about 27 minutes!! it was seriously like a NASCAR pit crew did the job. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Pitstop Tires and Wheels! All of the employees were very friendly, professional, and well-informed. They took the time to go over everything with me and coordinated with me to meet my budget with the best solutions. The repair was done quickly, and I was not pushed or rushed at all. Their service is simply great — they made sure that I was completely happy before leaving their shop. I would highly suggest this location to anyone in need of good tires, wheels, or simply fair, dependable service. I will be back for sure!

Just today, I stopped by Pitstop Tires in Rio Vista to get my rear tire checked for a small leak. I was immediately greeted by Ali, who very politely listened to my concern, offered me a seat, and within 10 minutes had diagnosed and repaired the issue. To my surprise, he refused to take any payment, saying that my first visit was “on the house.” On top of that, he provided me with a full report on the condition of all my tires. Excellent service, kind attitude, and quick turnaround—this is now my go-to place for anything tire-related!
