Dropped car off for minor damage to front bumper, hood scratches, and sensor damage. This was through an insurance claim. I was very clear that both the bumper and the sensor needed to be addressed because the cruise control did not work immediately after the damage. They said they would address it. We also had 3M film on the front which they knew needed to be replaced because the hood scratches went through the film. When I picked up the car the body damage was repaired very well, but as I drove off I noticed the cruise control still didn't work. When I explained this to them they said "they couldn't test it because you need to go 50 mph and the roads there won't allow that", which simply is not true. The cruise on this car works at 20mph. Can’t report on quality of work because my experience never got to that point. They quoted me $10,000 to repaint a Corolla and noted appointments were booking 6-8 months out. If you don’t want to do the work just say so….

I called this shop back in September to get my car fixed. They gave me a November 13th appointment, which is fine since auto body shops in town are swamped. But when I called early November to confirm ahead of my appointment, they informed me they never entered the appointment and would try to honor it, but call me back to confirm. I waited another week with no call. Called them back myself to be told they could not take my car till next year. They were apologetic, but apologetic does not honor appointments or fix my car that's been sitting with a strapped down trunk for two months already.

Knowledgeable, experienced and looking forward to having them fix my car. So much to consider with paint match up... Wow. They took the time to explain it all... I recommend them.
