The people seemed so nice and the experience started quite well. A week later the transmission blew! It goes to the mechanic tomorrow but you can’t tell me they didn’t know about it! Or the lack of a towing hook. I’ve reached out with no response. I don’t blame them. I’d be embarrassed too. I just want them to come tow it away and give me my money back. I’m one of the working poor and that was all the money I had. Downright cruel. They should make it right and not operate out of greed. Shame. I’m a single woman in her 60’s and has I don’t know anything about cars but this just isn’t right. $5500 to have a car for a week?

BUYER BEWARE!! Just purchased a vehicle here not even 2 weeks ago. The transmission blew while driving and nearly died. Im an older woman with not much to spare and this is what they gave me. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR IF YOU'RE LOW ON FUNDS. GO GET PRE APPROVED SOMEWHERE THAT OFFERS A WARRANTY. THIS PLACE HAS LOW RATINGS FOR A REASON. They completely took advantage of me.

Bought an as is 2010 Ford escape. Needed part of the exaust, front brakes and a lower passenger ball joint and a new starter. 1,500.00 later it had a sticker on it. It is what it is for a 1750.00 buy and 1500.00 in repairs. Now I can drive it like I stole it!

I bought a car from this place and my nightmare began. I took it because the check engine light came on, taking advantage of the fact that it came with a warranty. They took a week to deliver it to me and on top of that, they scratched the door... nobody took responsibility... 3 days later the check engine light came on again... I took it to another mechanic and they had covered some holes in the chassis with tape and were painting it black so it wouldn't be noticeable... be careful.
