Since 2016, I have been going to Plan B Collision to have repair work done on my trucks. Vickie and Amanda have always provided great customer service, keeping me updated on the status of the work on my trucks, answering all my questions, and delivering service that is unmatched. Their body tech service team has always ensured the quality of the work and that the finished product met my expectations. From working on my truck bumpers to fender repairs and paint chips, the job has always been done well. My neighbor referred me to plan B because they had had two cars repaired there and I just felt good about it and I cannot say enough good things. Amanda is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever worked with in my life and after watching the lady before me pick up her Mercedes which nobody else would work on and was tickled to death with what they had done. I couldn't be more thrilled with my experience at Plan B Auto Body! From the get-go, Steve, the owner, was a real gem. He made me feel right at home and took the time to walk me through exactly what needed to be done on my car. It's not often you find someone who's both knowledgeable and genuinely cares about your concerns. Steve and his team worked their magic and got my car back to me even sooner than I expected. Fantastic body shop! They worked on my Honda in Aug. of 2025. Not only was the entire process painless, the price was fair, they were communicative, the work looked great, and it’s held up over time.
