Had a flat tire after a huge snow storm. Called ahead to find out the wait. When I got there, they took me immediately, even with a few customers in the store. They made the process easy with no nonsense extra sales pitch. The price of my two tires was excellent! They discussed comparable brands, so I was well informed. The entire process took only 45min, and I was able to head back to work! PLAN B gets a A+ from me!

One of the most professional and trustworthy teams I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Needed a short-notice alignment before a road trip, but my front tie rods were unserviceable. They coordinated with the shop next door to obtain and install new inner/outer tie rods, then they completed the alignment —all within a few hours. Undoubtedly my first choice for all tire/suspension needs. Highly recommend, and will keep coming back for my Audi B5.

Got out of work and had a nail in my tire and 5 hour drive home, they were getting ready to close up but plugged my tire for me. While I was there I got to talking and ended up buying some used tires for my truck for 600 mounted and balanced they are like new! And would have costed me close to 1400 new. I live 5 hours away and will be buying tires from plan b in the future
