Honestly this was the best experience I’ve had when it comes to buying a car. In the past I’ve had a hard time and the people I had communicated with weren’t the best. But honestly I had been talking to ted for three weeks about getting a car through planet auto. He made sure that I was satisfied and taken care of! And lastly Brent communicated with me like I was one of his own kids or grandkids and even gave me advice and I will be coming again and also referring people to this company. Thanks again Brent And Ted ! Love my new car !!!!

The service was excellent and the car seemed to run perfectly, but I recommend that before buying, you check the car with your trusted mechanic or purchase the extended warranty for any subsequent damage, so that you don't have the same experience I did when I only drove it 7,000 miles and the transmission broke, leaving me without a car or having to pay a fairly high amount for the repair.

My husband and I were in need of a new vehicle so we reached out to Planet Auto and Ted got back to us immediately. He was absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! He was VERY helpful, professional, and a complete blessing and privilege to work with. Buying a car is one of those big purchases you do so you want it to be a great experience. Especially for us, as we have not had a car payment in over 11 years but now we do. Ted was able to work with us and we truly feel this place was remarkable. Sometimes you just need to give a smaller car lot like this a chance. Let me tell you that we have shopped around and Ted was one of the BEST to work with. We cannot say enough great things about Planet Auto! Thank you so much Ted!!!

Ted & Brent were fantastic! I searched online for over a month and found exactly what I was looking for at Planet Auto. Working with Ted was a great, low-key, no-pressure experience. My search came down to almost identical vehicles at two different dealerships. I chose Planet Auto because of the honest and straightforward way I was treated on the phone. The follow-thru in person was even better. They do what they say they will do. I only wish they were closer to me. I traveled over 6 hours from Michigan to get there and pick up my vehicle, but it was well worth it. Thanks, Ted & Brent!!
