I've given Planet Ford three separate chances to earn my business, hoping the third time would be the charm, but unfortunately, they have consistently fallen short. Despite living nearby and wanting to make a deal with them for convenience, each visit has been a letdown. The experience usually starts well with a friendly salesperson, but once the manager steps in, things take a turn for the worse. Each time, they assured me they'd work with me to reach a fair deal, but the terms presented were always worse than what we initially discussed. A few years ago I would have rated this dealer a 5 star when I purchased new back in 2019. Honest, straight forward and communicative. Their customer service has taken a turn for the worse in my last experience. DISHONEST CROOKED and ABSENT. I sold my vehicle and have been waiting on my check for 10 weeks! Not once have I been contacted with an update, instead I have been reacting out time and time again. What's funny is that each time I speak with a rep, I am told the check went out __ days ago and each reps gives a different date each time. Obviously sketchy and unorganized business. The vehicle I sold to this dealer has already been taken off the lot and sold to someone.
