Customer Reviews
The folks at Planet Ford in Spring are truly amazing. I initially worked with Sean D. He was very knowledgeable and kept me updated on the progress of my work being done. He set my expectations and beat them by far. There is one more person I would like to mention… Cassie F. She was absolutely customer service focused when closing out my service. Both of them are a testament to the value they add to the Planet Ford family. Thank you both.
I had a frustrating experience with Planet Ford in Spring regarding repairs on my 2020 F-150 FX4 with the 3.5L EcoBoost. On November 28, 2025 I brought the truck in for a leaking rear pinion seal and cam phaser issues. The understanding was that if those repairs were covered under warranty, the dealership would also service the front and rear differentials, transfer case, and transmission fluids. From November 28 through December 7 the truck remained at the dealership while I was out of town, so I did not request a loaner during that time. On December 8 I was sent to Hertz and given a Bronco Sport rental. The rental was covered under my Ford ESP but only for 10 days. When the 10-day period ended I was told I would need to start paying for the rental myself, with the option of submitting
I booked a service appointment online for 2 recalls and a/c checkout. I came in at the appointment time. I was told by a service team member that I couldn’t actually get my service done on that day. I explained that I made a service reservation online, so they should be ready to do the services that I specified. The rep corrected me saying that coming in for the appointment only allows me to get in line for the actual service, which could only be performed days or weeks later. This sounded ridiculous, I never had that experience or was told anything like this in my decades of car ownership. I asked to speak with the service manager. He told me the same thing as the service rep. I explained that this was contrary to all my experience at a variety of dealerships. He said this is how
Would NOT recommend ever taking your vehicle here! My husband bought me a brand new 2022 Ford Exlporer at the end of December 2021 from here. Then, 2 years later, at 15000 miles, sometime in March of 2024, my radio went out. It took them forever to get my car in the shop to get it fixed (2nd or 3rd week of May). Finally got it in the shop and fixed the radio. Exactly one week later, it went out again. My husband took it back up there at the end of May. They gave us a loaner, which I was grateful for, but it took them until July 18th to fix my car. Got the car back on July 19th, and the back taillight was not put back in properly (which my husband had to pop back into place). On the inside by the right window, which they fixed was not put back in properly. There were rubber pieces left in m
These folks gave me the same answer that Tomball ford did when it came to dealing with a recall on my truck. “Drop it off with us and we will have it for about 2 weeks before we can have a technician even start to deal with the recall.” This is ridiculous and absurd. I made an appointment with another Houston area ford dealer ship and dropped it off for one day and the recall was dealt with. Mind you, this was a recall for a software update, no parts needed to be ordered. Very disappointed guys.
