Plantation Firestone

Brought my vehicle in for tire balance and rotation, and was sold on the recommended fuel service. I took pictures of the arrangement of my tires prior to the rotation and only two tires were moved - the other two remained in the same location. This was corrected at no cost the following day but makes me question the work being done. How many other vehicle leave without the tires actually being rotated? Was my fuel service actually complete or did Firestone make an easy $120 by not completing the service I entrusted them to complete? Even though this was corrected (not with a refund), I have lost all faith in Firestone entirely and will not trust them with completing work on my vehicle again.

Top tier establishment! Was having car issues for a while and putting it off because I knew the hit my wallet would take. Thankfully the crew at Plantation Firestone took exceptional care of me and I knew I was treated with fairness and respect for my time and money. They went above and beyond by dropping me off at work while working on the car, called me to explain the repairs necessary and make sure I approved. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy a service. I am confident my money was well spent. I will be returning for a follow up tire replacement asap because I was quoted the best price in town. These guys treated me like family and that’s hard to come by these days.

These guys took care of my 21019 FORD EXPEDITION LIMITED. The transmission needed to be worked on. They fixed the transmission and worked well with the warranty company. My mechanic recommended these guys and I recommend them to anyone needing work doen.

COMPLETE AUTO SCAM I have been dealing with this auto repair shop for over a year for the same ongoing issue. I originally brought my vehicle in to have the alternator repaired, yet the repair did not last at all. I was unknowingly driving solely off the battery. I worked directly with Trevor, trusting him with my vehicle. That trust was misplaced. Found this place by accident a few years back right after I saved here and my car died in the middle of Broward blvd. Trever and the rest of the staff here are awesome Gerry fair and always do great work. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a mechanic
