Plantation Radiator Auto AC

SCAM ALERT!!!On 10/16/2024 I drove my 2019 Ford F-150 to CAR 75 LLC., DBA American Automotive Inc. AKA Plantation Firestone and Radiator. I was told by Scott that they could repair it. He told me to leave a cash deposit of $2750.00 for parts. I did and was given receipt which was non compliant with the Broward County consumer affairs. Also they didn't provide a legal right to an estimate form. I told them that the engine was a top of the line coyote motor so if they had any problems to let me know. 2 months later Scott and owner Kenneth Anson told me the heads had to be redone by a 3rd. party in Hialeah so if I wanted my truck fixed had I had to provide another $2000,cash preferred. Had my vehicle serviced there recently. Whenever I need something done, That’s my go to shop. They won’t over quote me/oversell me like a lot of Mechanic shops do. Trevor and Kenny are the best.

I fist brought in my vehicle to repair a Freon leak in my air conditioner, they quickly found where the leak was coming from and gave me a fair estimate for repairs. Unfortunately it wasn’t until the air conditioner was fixed did my 1998 Cadillac decide it wanted to have an electrical problem with the theft alarm system. Although it took an extra week to get my car back, they did not charge me for the extra unexpected labor. Even going as far as topping off all my fluids and cleaning up under the hood. I could not have been happier with the service I was given and would recommend this mechanic to all my friends.

Went to expert transmission/plantation radiator AUTO ac to get my transmission rebuilt for the first time, It took the mechanics awhile the first time, but I let it go, mind you, it took them 3 weeks max to rebuild my entire transmission, not a week go by and the same problem occur on my way home, the entire drive shaft came out which broke my transmission, I was upset at the fact it happened to me on my way driving there and they “promised” me the first time they’d give me good quality work and honesty. Turns out I towed my vehicle to the same shop at approximately 4am because it happened to me around 2-3am and the tow truck took awhile. Absolutely incompetent, take them to change the panel of a radiator and it took them 15 days (April 29 to May 13) to do it and the quality of the work was horrible. They are not qualified for this type of job. Look at your answer, are you also liars? You know very well that changing the panel on a radiator is something common and it's what the workshops that dedicate themselves to that do and it ends with excellent quality, something that you didn't do, because you didn't even know how to solder correctly. Better find someone who knows how to do the job and who isn't a bungler like the one you have now so that you don't continue failing. Oh, and look at your reviews, most of them are bad. And I forgot to say that they assembled and welded the structure backwards. Absolutamente incompeten
