No company was as quick to respond & set up an appointment AND they were at the lowest price point! I originally set up my appointment for a chip in my windshield. My uncle had a few chips in his as well. My technician Noel was communicative & professional. He was able to fix both our windshields in under an hour! They look perfect! Thank you Noel!

Called to get price and set up appointment for a 2005 rear auto replacement. I explained I was local and not in a rush. I was quoted a price and said I would bring it in the following day. They said I had to pay upfront and book the appointment online. I did the booking process where the want a copy of registration or vin and more personal information. I did and on check out the price was 50% higher. I was shocked and when I questioned the cost they said nj state tax and they quote starting prices. Sounded like a scam I went further to put a complaint on the BBB but found out they are not even a legitimate business and use a rental storage as a fake business address. Stay far away from these crooks.

By far the worse Company ever on 3/3/25 I had a chip fixed by Noel. I have a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee and since the chip was low on the windshield I could live with the fix instead of replaing the entire windshield. Well as of Sunday 5/4/25 (2 mos later) the chip didnt seem to be fixed since my windshield cracked from the chip to the bootom and to the top of the windshield. I contacted them and received nothing. Basically told me that the repair is not guaranteed. I have had many chips repaired by SafeLite and never did the the windshield crack. On a 2008 Jeep Wrangler 3 chips fixed by Safelite and the windshield did not crack.
